I’m Tracey Roberson, a Master Certified Professional Coach and Board Certified Coach currently taking a sabbatical from healthcare, dedicated to helping people navigate seasons of transition with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
I believe a pivot isn’t about starting over. It’s about taking everything you’ve learned, recognizing where you are now, and intentionally choosing what comes next.
My coaching approach combines a compassionate, values-centered environment with practical, actionable frameworks. Together, we move beyond feeling stuck or overwhelmed and create a realistic path forward—one that honors who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go.

Not every moment calls for advice. Sometimes you need space to talk. Sometimes you need encouragement. Sometimes you are ready for a plan. And sometimes you simply need someone to celebrate how far you have come.
A space to say it out loud without being rushed, judged, or immediately fixed.
Compassion, reassurance, and the feeling that someone is in your corner when things feel heavy.
Thoughtful questions, clarity, and practical next steps when you are ready to move forward.
Someone who notices your progress and celebrates the wins with you—big, small, and everything in between.
You get to tell me what you need. And some days, you may need a little of all four. That is okay, too.
